Shipping Policy

Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


*Please keep in mind; there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Local delivery

Free local delivery is available within Floyd, VA and surrounding areas. For the safety of our employees, we do not deliver to home addresses.


Deliveries are made from 3-5 pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange a pick-up location on the day of our arrival. 


International Shipping

Unfortunately, as of now, we do not offer international shipping.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven't received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy


Contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order. If 3 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we can not offer you a refund. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery confirmation.


We try our best to fulfill and ship our orders within 3 days of purchase. The lead times are subject to change during holiday. Because we are a small business, if you find that you need to cancel an order, you can do so within 2 hours of purchase.


We do not accept exchanges, but please contact us at if you have any problems with your order.


Because of the nature of custom, personalized orders, we are unable accept returns. Sale items are also non-returnable.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


To compete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email Please do not send an item back before emailing us for approval.


We want to apologize if there is a mistake on our part. Please contact us and send us a photo showing us the issue to and we will take care of it.
